Goals: Understand the biomechanics + bioenergetics
of compound movements
Longterm Goal: understand a system that enables an accurate count of nutrient intake that accurately counts lipids, proteins, carbs in order to control and balance nutrition
Habits: be comfortable with clients when shadowing classes-confidence in conversation with clients/eye contact/small talk
Need Work in: ability to rely on self-sufficiency and increase productivity at internship + life

I like that you have very specific goals and know what you want to do with your internship and what you want to accomplish. P.S. I'd work on that blog title, it's kind of confusing.
ReplyDeleteyour habit for the future is very understandable and common being self-sufficient is very important to have because it teaches you to become reliant on yourself and I believe that i struggle with being self reliant.
