Work Readiness Skills

Work Readiness Skill: Dedication
One work readiness skill that has helped me in my internship is dedication. Throughout my internship I have experienced many situations in which I've needed to stay focused and on top of my tasks. I have consistently tried my hardest when given a specific job, while striving to work accurately, instead of as quickly as possible. I've asked the necessary questions in order to complete the tasks at hand, and never tried to guess or assume where to file a document that I felt unsure of. When given a giant stack of papers in need of filing, I worked almost nonstop to separate and file each individual document into its correct section. I made an effort to take my time and not rush through the papers, causing mistakes. This helped my overall accurateness within my work.
Work Readiness Skill: Acting With Diligence
In my internship at Heartland Hospice, it is extremely important that one files each specific document into the correct binder, correct tab, and in the correct order. It can be stressful and overwhelming when I have a lot of filing to complete, and I find a paper that I've never seen before. It can be tempting to just assume where it goes, but that puts the company at risk. The filing is the backbone behind hospice, which makes it much more stressful on the interns, since that's basically the majority of what we deal with. However, I've acted with diligence throughout my internship so far, and asked the appropriate questions in order to reach success. I also make a point of checking my work, usually with the other person I'm interning with, and making sure that we've placed the information in the right places.
Work Readiness Skill Improvement: Communicate Effectively
The skill that I can improve upon is communicating effectively. Before I warm up to a certain environment, I can come off as shy and possibly intimidated. This isn't the case at all. It just takes me awhile to fully adjust to a new environment in which I'll be spending a substantial amount of time. I feel like sometimes I'm not my usual self, and I'm much more quiet than usual. I want to be more outgoing, but for some reason I'm held back and unable to really form a connection with anyone outside of the internship. I understand that everyone working in the office is very busy, but I feel like it has to be a mutual effort for me and another staff member to form a bond, which is something that will help me come out of my shell.
I also tend to overwork myself due to this lack of effective communication. For some reason, if I'm working by myself, I do much more work and much less talking. This is highly productive, but not particularly fun for me. However, if there is another person interning with me, it becomes a lot easier to work for hours on end. This is due to the stimulating and interesting conversations we have. It's definitely equally beneficial when I have another peer to work alongside.

Work Readiness Skills

The two work readiness skills I used in a positive way is communicate effectively and tolerant and respectful I used communication by letting the residents know that I am an intern and I help out with activities and help serve lunch. I respect them and treat them with comfort. I used the skill of being respectful by comforting them making them feel important and show them that they are doing a good job during activities.

My improvement needs to be in the work readiness skill of improve to demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn and I need to open to feedback if I'm not doing a good job then I would like someone to inform me on my work to improve and I want to seek the opportunities to learn new skills to use them in the future. It caused me to work more productive and ask questions if I don't know what to do or what I'm doing wrong.

Work Readiness

At Kaiser, I used effective communication and dedication successfully this week.  Effective communication greatly helped me with my internship.  My supervisor, Darcy Allen, for the Critical Care Unit had been difficult to get in contact with.  I had called her multiple times, left her multiple voicemails, and even emailed her, to no avail.  I contacted the woman in charge of the Kaiser internship program, Camille Madfes, and kept her updated about Darcy's unresponsiveness.  Because I effectively communicated to Camille my struggle, she reached out to Darcy herself and worked to help fix the issue.  Darcy told Camille to tell me to contact a different nerse in the same unit, Tami Behr.  I called her immediately and made an appointment for an interview with her Monday and set up a schedule with the woman who I'd be working with, Unit Assistant Sarah Rowley Morgan.  Sarah only works Thursday and Friday afternoons/evenings, and so I decided to intern for her Thursdays from 2:45-7:45pm and Fridays from 2:45-6:45pm.  On my first day interning for Sarah, that Thursday, I immediately asked her where she'd like me to meet her every day and to give me a tour of the Unit.  By 7pm, the unit was very busy, and Sarah told me that it is most interesting to work 8-10pm.  So, I asked her if I could asjust my Friday hours to 5-9pm to get a taste of the night shift, and she agreed.  Thanks to this communication, I was able to gain more insight into the medical field.

Dedication also helped me be successful at Kaiser this week.  Sometimes, I was asked to complete boring tasks, but because I was so dedicated to my job, I completed them enthusiastically.  For example, on Friday I was asked to answer phones for a little while.  The phone rarely rang, and Sarah read a newspaper while I sat at her desk waiting for something of interest to happen.  However, whenever the phone did ring, I answered professionally and followed all the steps Sarah had taught me; usually, the person calling would ask to see one of the nurses, and so I would transfer the call to that nurse's phone (each nurses' numbers were listed on a sheet of paper available to me).  However, my dedication paid off.  One of the nurses noticed how hard I was working and asked if I'd like to see a patient with her.  Shadowing that nurse was a very valuable experience to me, and I was very grateful.  Also, when I went down to the lab to receive blood or FFP (fresh frozen plasma) with Sarah, the lab manager noticed my interest and dedication and taught me how to read back blood samples, which was incredibly interesting to me.

However, I struggled with professionalism due to promptness.  On my interview Monday, I was told to meet Sarah at her desk Thursday and was shown its location.  However, the Critical Care Unit was somewhat new to me, and I knew I'd get lost very easily.  Although I came to work on time, I got lost and had to ask multiple people where to go, until finally Sarah found me, 5 minutes after I was supposed to have met with her.  On Friday, I struggled with promptness once more, and I arrived 3 minutes late to work.  Next week, I will make sure to leave earlier for work so that I will be on time, if not early.

Work Readiness

One work readiness skill that helped me in my internship was being able to work with others. Two out of the three days that I worked at Heartland Hospice, I was working with a different intern each day. On Wednesday I worked with Mahalia, and on Thursday I was with Kaitlin. We helped each other organize files, find names that we didn't know where they were, and overall make good conversation. Having someone else work with me made time fly by a lot faster, and we got work done very efficiently. It was also nice that I learned a lot more about the different interns that I work with. Once we found out more about each other, it felt more comfortable to work together and collaborate.
Another work readiness skill that helped me in my internship was being dedicated. On my first day, I chose the hours of 10am-2pm to work. I came in 10 minutes early and worked through the whole day with only one break - which was used to make coffee for the office. I focused hard on my work throughout the day, and ended up leaving 15 or 20 minutes after 2. I asked questions repetitively in order to solidify my understandings on where papers should be placed in different sections of the folders and how the files should be organized. I remained positive and optimistic during the work day, and hopefully that will remain the same for the remainder of the internship.
Usually when it comes to being literate with reading and vocal comprehension, I tend to struggle. However, knowing my weaknesses in this area, I knew from the first day that I had to make sure to be extra attentive. Every time I was told to do something, I went over the steps in my head. Then, I would repeat the steps back to them just for extra clarification. I followed through with all of the directions, and I was able to comprehend things I usually wouldn't. This helped with things such as documenting charts, filing papers, and recording different patient records on the computer.

work readiness

two examples of using work readiness is working with others and is dedicated. working with the kids at first was really scary and the teacher would tell me what they would do by helping the teacher. it was a weird experience for me. but after thee second day i got really used to it and i started getting close to the kids. working with them is really nice, i learn from them also. being dedicated is another example, i would be there early and help the teacher bringing in the kids. sometimes i even stay later than my usual time. and working with special kids is hard and challenging but i still do my best to complete the goal thoroughly and completely. i stay later than usual if I'm late and make up the hours. the more i spend time with them my passion grows for the kids.communicating effectively held me back for example,i was working and she gave me a task to do. i was really confused as to where to put them and i was shy and embarrassed to ask a simple question. on the contrary i also learned to open up and talk to the kids and not just be the quiet intern, exploring new options and playing with the kids. an other example was when i had a dentist appointment but i forgot to tell Laura and i called later in the day, feeling ashamed. but, it made me realize that next time i really need to be on top of that. i almost forgot to inform her. i called again in the morning to tell her and i felt better.  can serve the needs of others is another example. when i first started i was really shy and didn't know what to to do. i was just wondering around the room and didn't ask any questions, i felt like i didn't fit there somehow. but, i got to learn to just open up and go with it. it was really worth it because working with them has been a really good experience. the kids are a handful but, helping them is good it made me grow in sense. there is this girl named Charlotte and she has the tendency to sit down a lot even though i tell her to get up and its frustrating. but, i just talk to her and find things in her interest and in general help her in anything. its still a challenge but I'm getting there.

Two examples of how I used the work readiness skills in my internship are that I was honest about something I did wrong and told my supervisor about it and also communicate a lot by asking questions about what I was suppose to do. The first example is that I was told to label some dividers to put them in a patient's binder and it was really important that they were put in order and I did it completely wrong. I wanted to be honest about it and I went up to my supervisor and told her that I made a mistake and for my surprise, she was not mad or rude about it.  What I have learned about it is that honesty is one of the best quality in someone's life because this is what will make others trust you and your capability and also what will make you grow better.
The biggest job I have in my internship is to do filing and I am not really use to it. And when I took one of the patient's files to put them in her binder, there was one paper that I did not recognized and I did not just put it in the binder without caring if I put it in the right place or not but I went up to one of my supervisors and asked questions about it just because I did not want to make a mistake. What I have learned about this is that by making mistakes you learned and by asking question about that mistakes, you can add to your knowledge.
My work readiness weakness held me back because I am really shy and scared when it is time to ask questions about something especially if that person is more like and authority figure.

Work Readiness Skills

A huge skill I used this week was dedication, or rather perseverance. I had a fantastic week at Kaiser, full of excitement, as well as new and unexpected things. I got to watch the process on how a specimen gets removed from the patient to be biopsied, sent a lab to be prepared, and then down to pathology. I learned that there are a lot more people behind the curtains at hospitals, even though doctors and surgeons get most of the glory.
At about 2 o'clock, things started to slow down on the floor and surgeries stopped happening, and not as many patients were seen. I decided to take a trip over to MOHS, a department that specializes in skin cancer removal, to see if there were any procedures I could observe, but instead found myself organizing and packing towels to be sterilized. This was incredibly boring and did not compare to what I had seen in the morning, but I went on anyways, organizing each towel exactly how it was supposed to be without a peep from my mouth. That was my first experience of downtime in the hospital, and found it took a lot of dedication to fold those towels for about an hour straight. I know it seems silly that folding towels takes dedication, but it really did! I really want this internship and I know that if I get through the slow parts like this, it will be more than worth it.
I felt I really acted with diligence this week as well. There were quite a few times where the doctors would be talking to each other, or Dr. Delfanti (the surgeon I am shadowing) would do something to a patient that I didn't understand; I would simply ask for them to clarify, without being embarrassed or scared to look stupid, and find out exactly why and how they were doing something and learning in the process. There were a couple emergency patients, in which Dr. Delfanti asked me to go get supplies from the closet while he was caring for them. Just to make sure I would clarify before running to the closet just to make sure I didn't waste everyone's time by getting the wrong thing and waisting time. During and after a lot of check ups with patients I would ask him why he used a particular instrument, and what it was meant to do, and I found he was more than happy to share with me.
Even though I have been doing so well on the skill of professionalism, as far as punctuality, I found myself falling right back into old habits. On Friday I did not give myself enough time to get ready and was late driving to Kaiser. To top that off I got horribly lost in the Hospital and had to ask someone to show me where to go. I was very unhappy with myself and felt like I was letting people down. Fortunately enough, Dr. Delfanti's 8:30 patient was late, and I didn't keep anybody waiting, but even if he didn't show it, I think he was a bit unimpressed with me being late- as he should be. I was disappointed in myself for being unprofessional, and learned that a little time for human error (such as losing yourself in  a hospital) is better than none at all.
Thankfully I think my chocolate chip cookies baked the night before for him softened the blow :)

Week 2 BLOG TOPIC

For my internship this week, I worked at a Health Hub in the canal which is basically a place where people who don't have enough money to pay for food and housing etc. can receive the support that they need. This was the programs first week doing it in this location. We were expecting to serve about 75 people/families but it ended up to be around 175 people/families which was amazing to see. We also had Zumba classes going on for people who wanted to join enforcing physical exercise which not many people participated in, but I think they will get the hang of it as time goes on and enjoy it.

It felt so accomplished afterwards knowing that I had impacted so many people's lives for the better. All of those families who may not have been able to have full nutritious meals, are now fully able to do so. It brings me joy knowing that. I had to be very tolerant and very respectful with the people who we were helping and to my employers--so to speak. I was able to learn quickly and each job was extremely enjoyable; even the ones that I might not have been too excited to do.

Another impactful and interesting was having to use my spanish skills with fluent Spanish speakers. Most of the people who came through to get food, barely spoke any English which forced me to use my Spanish skills and apply them to real conversations and situations which was something that I was actually really looking forward to doing because improving my Spanish is something that I have really been striving to do and applying it to real situations will help me in that department.

There was a flaw in communication at one point when we ran out of food and had to call the food bank to bring us more. We had to tell all of the people that they had to wait for food and I wasn't able to say it correctly to a lot of the people which made it really complicated and hard to do what was needed to be done and communicate what messages needed to be passed back and forth.

Week 2 Blog: Work Readiness Skills

During this past week I spent two days doing something for my internship. On Tuesday I volunteered at the LIFT office. I wasn't entirely sure if I was suppose to come in that day because the previous meeting had been a little unclear however my decision to go anyways was very important to the staff. Tuesday is the day they load food for the health hub the next day so they were very busy. By me being there ready to work I was able to help them when they were short of workers. The man loading the truck was very thankful for my help and continuously told me I was really saving him on time.
On Wednesday I worked at the Health Hub in San Rafael which is when they distribute the food to families in need. I arrived on time and followed instructions well. It was a really rewarding experience to see how happy the people in line were to be receiving the food. Even though some of the vegetables were less than perfect looking, something I would usually reject, the people were very appreciative.
I didn't run into too many problems however there were a few. On Tuesday at the office I had been helping the man load the food and when he left on his first round of delivery I didn't really have anything else to do. When he left I was assigned to clean the refrigerators with Windex and a paper towel. It didn't really seem like this was a good use of time when there were many more crates to load. I could have been more assertive and told the supervisor I should continue to load ice chests while the man was gone.
Another obstacle I ran into was on Wednesday when I was supposed to be at the Marin Community Clinic at 2 o'clock. I didn't really take into consideration I had no idea where it was located. It wasn't until the last minute that I decided to look up directions. I got there on time however I was really stressed out driving there when I had no idea where I was going.

Also, I would like to stay organized and on top of things.

Future: My Goals for the future are to get into the University of Pennsylvania. I would like to keep organized and get the career I want and be successful.

Habits

Now: Ambition, Dedicated, Able to Communicate, Responsible, and I have a Strong Mind-Set
Future: Manage Time Well, Dedicated, Passionate, Professional, Be on Time, and have broke all the bad habits of now.

Allies

Now: Teachers, CCC, Coaches, Teammates, Parents, Experienced People.
Future: Coworkers, Bosses, Professors, etc.

Goals, Habits, Allies.

Goals:
      Now:
My goals for this summer is to save up my money from my summer job so my friends and I can go on a camping trip the weekend before summer ends. The internship is not what I expected at all but I want to make the most of it and learn everything that I can from it. just to take in everything I have to offer.
     Future:
I'm the kind of person who always leaves something half done. I never seem to finish anything, and that's something I really need to work on for the future, leaving things half done wont do anything for me and that's something that really needs to change. Once I start something I need to finish it.

Habits
   Now:
I have a habit of being very responsible with my work, I'm very organized and self-efficient. Although I work great with others, I tend to do my best work alone.
Future:
I have a habit of being distracted very easily. I need to work on focusing on my work and not procrastinate all the time. I get all my work done, but I do wait until the last minute to start.

 Allies:
     Now:
my mom has been my biggest supporter on everything that I do, and always gives me good advice. my best friend has been a really good ally, she's always there for me and tends to always knows what's right for me and my happiness.
     Future:
I wish I had an ally that is or was in the medical field so they could give me advice on what I need to do now, for the future and know what would be the best for me. Also they could tell me what the medical field has to offer me.

Goals, Habits & Allies

Goals

Now:
My goal is to make the most out of my internship this summer. I want to be able to see as many departments of the hospital as allowed, and hope to be able to map out how the different departments work together to help care for an individual patient.
Future:
My goals for the future are to raise my GPA enough to make me eligible to apply to UCs that will help set me on a path towards being employed in the medical field as my future career.

Habits

Now:
I currently have the habit of being very organized. I have the tendency to store all important papers in separate folders, all on a shelf, so that if I were to ever need them, I'd know where to find them. It also helps to keep an updated calendar application on my phone. That way, I will get constant reminders of meetings/appointments/classes I have to attend.
Future:
I want to work on my procrastination. There are times when I know I have something to do, I know how to do said task, but it is hard for me to will myself to get up and actually do it. I am very good at getting the task done; it will get done. I  just tend to do it at the last-minute, and know it is something I have to work on to improve.

Allies

Now:
My current allies include my School-to-Career Liaison, Mrs. Horton. She has been very kind and helpful in aiding me to set up this internship. My supervisor, Jean Tuthill, is very patient with me when explaining to me the tasks I need to accomplish, how to successfully accomplish them, and is very supportive when explaining something to me that I have done incorrectly. Another ally includes my mom, who has encouraged me to pursue this internship, and has been willing to drive me to all my meetings, classes, and work days.
Future:
I would like to have an ally that stands as a mentor to me. I would like to have someone in the field I am interested in, there to help me and guide me through what they have already been through (what they did to get into the position they are in today).

Goals, Habits, and Allies in my life.

Goals:
-I want to make into Sacramento State
-it has always been mostly an attainable school for me
-I want to be a person that can make a difference(typical saying) but its my goal
-I want to interact with people with a more serious manor
-stage fright has to be conquered
-I want to learn how to organize activities and see how well it turns out

Habits:
-Laziness
-I give feedback
-Honesty
-Communicate well
-Flexible
-Questions Freak
-Engaging
-Open Minded
At this point in my life i have obtained these goals but I want to improve them in a serious manor and i also want to be more direct with people and not feel bad for what i have said because i have made it easy for others to step on me but it affected me to apoint that i can walk over at this point.

Allies:
-Teachers
-Colleagues
-Huckleberry
-Parents
-Family members
-family members
but in the future I want myself to be resourceful enough to do everything on my own because right now i am very independent but there's a few glitches here and there. But the allies that will always stick with me for the rest of my life will be my parents and my family members because they have always been there for me since the start so i figure they'll be there in the end.

Week 1: Goals, Habits, Allies

Goals:

A goal for now would be to get a job for the summer and be successful at it, which would mean not giving up and remembering to stay positive even when it's challenging. A goal for the future would be not to leave applying for college to last minute, so in order to achieve this goal, I would need to work diligently overtime to provide myself with the best possible chance at going to an elite college.

Habits:

I can't think of a current successful habit which I have, because I have a lot of faults that I need to work on. If I had to choose, I'd say I'm decent at collaborating with others and working hard to make everyone feel included. A habit I would like to build is working diligently rather than procrastinating and waiting until the last minute to complete a task.

Allies:

A couple current allies I have are the woman helping me to find an internship, Mrs. Barton, and my good friend, Peter Bosque, who encourages me and is always giving me advice in order to be successful. I am very thankful for both of these allies. Some allies I would like to make in the future would be a respectable doctor or nurse who can give me a positive reference which would be helpful when applying for jobs in the future, as well as applying for college.

Week 1 Goals

Goals:
-Get a part-time job
-go to a community college
-get references

Habits:
-procrastination
-honest

Allies:
-family and friends

Goals, Habits & Allies

Goals
-- Present Goal -- My present goal is to improve on my time management skills. With an overwhelming summer and many tasks at hand, I hope to be able to stay organized and on top of my many deadlines. I can achieve this goal by creating and abiding by a detailed planner that can map out the dates and deadlines to give myself the best advantage to reach this goal. I hope to have completed this by the summer so it can be organized and so I can continue pursuing the many activities that I am currently enrolled in.
-- Future Goal -- During and by the end of my Senior year I hope to uphold a 5.0 GPA and hopefully gain acceptance into UC Berkely and UC Los Angeles. I have been working toward these goals since the beginning of my middle school career and by staying organized, motivated, and engaged in learning, I will hopefully be able to achieve these goals.

Habits
-- Present Habits -- Currently, a habit that I like to continually do is staying organized. With such a busy schedule and approaching deadlines, I like to map out my week so I can manage my time better (which has always been a struggle). By being able to interact with a calendar, I can ensure not to double-book my day or overwhelm myself with a lot of work. This also helps me keep track with summer assignments and is ultimately a very valuable tool.
-- Future Habits -- In the future, I hope to have better time management, especially by means of not procrastinating. With some tasks that I view as less important, I tend to procrastinate and put off the task. By doing this, I overwhelm myself and then complete the task with less attention and effort. Hopefully, with better time management and by not procrastinating, I can achieve all that I set my mind to.

Allies
-- Present Allies -- Currently, my allies include my family. I have four siblings and two amazing parents who have been supportive to me all my life and will continue doing so. They always give the best advice and have the best experiences for me to learn from. Other allies include my friends and teachers.
-- Future Allies -- I hope to build more allies in the medical field to help me with my future endeavors down that path. I hope to build a stronger bond with my supervisor and my fellow employees at Kaiser. I'm sure these relationships will open many doors.

Goals & Habits & Allies

Allies:
  • My parents, Ms. Little, and my grandmother.
Allies in the future
  • I wish to find allies in my classmates and teachers. For example, asking other students for help when I have a point of confusion. If they don't understand, I'll go to my teachers for help. If I'm still not understanding the material, I'll ask for a tutor.
Goals for now
  • Stop procrastinating with schoolwork and other things that need to get done.
  • Respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Don't wait until the last minute or avoid contacting those trying to get into contact with me. With better communication, I'll build better relationships.
Goals for the future
  • Complete work given by setting a specific schedule for broken down tasks. Specifically, in projects or big assignments that seem too big.
  • Become more organized. Being organized will help tremendously with just in life in general.

Goals: Understand the biomechanics + bioenergetics
of compound movements

Longterm Goal: understand a system that enables an accurate count of nutrient intake that accurately counts lipids, proteins, carbs in order to control and balance nutrition

Habits:  be comfortable with clients when shadowing classes-confidence in conversation with clients/eye contact/small talk

Allies: Mr. Davidson, TJ Belger, Americ Alvarado (Redwood Trainer),

Goals

Goals:
My goals are pretty general, but difficult to fully figure out. My goal at the moment would be to discover more specifically what I want to do with my life. I'm hoping that by completing this internship with Heartland Hospice, I can experience a certain type of work and see how I feel in this particular atmosphere.
A long-term goal is to find myself in a job in which I enjoy and that also supports me financially. I know that this is a goal for most people, however I want to emphasize on the factor of enjoyment. I want to be in a career that I feel I am somehow giving back, instead of just working to get money. As important as money is for practical purposes, it's not the main factor for me.

Habits:
A current habit of mine that I wish to improve is being positive in all situations. Sometimes when I get stressed out, I tend to turn it into a catastrophic event. I need to focus on the positives, instead of always examining the negatives in any circumstance. I want to be able to remain hopeful and positive, although something may not be going the way I wanted it to.
A long-term habit for myself would be self-confidence. I want to obtain full self-confidence in the future because it's helpful in most situations throughout life. I have never been really confident in myself, but hope to achieve a strong self-assurance at some point whether it be through work, school, or any social activities.

Allies:
My current allies are my parents. They have my best interests in mind and want me to achieve whatever success means to me. I hope that they continue to help me grow and guide me to where I want to be.
Future allies would be co-workers I will work alongside in the future. He or she could be a boss, or simply someone at work who genuinely cares about my progress. I want to be able to rely on those people to push me to perform to the best of my abilities.

Goals, Habits, and Allies

Internship: Lift Lavantate working with low income communities teaching them about what foods are good for your body and why along with working at an event called the Health Hub that happens every week on Wednesday handing out food and encouraging healthy eating and exercise!
Goals:
I want to....
  • To be punctual for every meeting, work date, and class throughout the class.
  • To do my absolute best at everything that I do.
  • To make alliances and relationships with my employers, the employees of Lift, and the other interns.
And in the future, I would like to be bilingual. I would like to be able to speak both English and Spanish. I am already working towards this goal, but I would like to complete it. This goal would help me in multiple ways such as having an easier time getting jobs and traveling.

Habits:
A habit that I have is learning quickly and picking up on different tasks that I am told to do.
Another habit that I have is procrastinating too much with homework etc. And that is something that I would like to improve.

Allies:
My allies are....
  • My parents and relatives
  • Close Friends
  • Teachers

My Life goals

My biggest goal in life as of right now is to become a doctor. I am fascinated by science and I wish to study the field to the best of my ability. I am working hard in school and have gotten my grades up higher than they've ever been. I wish to continue being successful in school and go on to university for four years. After university I want to go to medical school for another four years to become a doctor. I need to be extremely dedicated to my studies in order to succeed.

In order to create the most potential I should strengthen my habits. I am not the most organized person and could use work in my organization skills. I don't lose things often, but being neat wouldn't kill me.

My greatest allies would be people such as teachers, professors, and doctors. These people are most important because of my chosen path to high education. They can assist me with my studies and help me get into good schools and meet key people.

It's a long and arduous road ahead, but for me, it's an exciting one.
